To cope better with Stress

Mindfulness is an ancient buddhist practice, a form of mental training and a meditation technique. Mindfulness is a way to stabilize body and mind. Mindfulness means Re-Balancing.

Nordic & Mindful is a science based digital Mindfulness class, including several meditatives techniques four daily life to cope better with stress, small islands of calm throughout the day. You get audio lessons and written lectures, on Monday and Thursday with weekly assignments. On Monday each week of the class you can send your questions regarding the program, your teacher responds personally and confidentially. For a closer look at our class, please contact us to get week 1 of Nordic & Mindful for free. This class is influenced by Zen Master Thich Naht Hanh, Dr. Jon Kabat Zinn, Prof. Mark Williams at Oxford University and Diana Winston at The Mindfulness Research Center of the University of Los Angeles. Your teacher is continuously visiting classes at the Mindfulness Research Center at the University of Los Angeles.

This class is not a Psychotherapy, please contact your medical doctor in case you need to find a psychotherapist near you and if you are not sure, if Meditation is the right tool for your health situation.
